2023 Team Cost and Information
Reserve Your Team’s Spot:
$300 Team Registration Fee
Sports Fest is limited to the first 160 paid teams. To reserve your team’s spot, only the registration fee is needed.
- One corntoss squad is now included for every team!
- All payments are fully refundable until March 1, 2023.
- Team size fee and optional extras are due by March 24, 2023.

15 Player Team – $825
20 Player Team – $1000
25 Player Team – $1175
30 Player Team – $1350
Recommended: 15-25 team members. Average team is 20. This step is not required during initial registration.

Tent on your reserved team area Limit two tents per registered team.
Extra Corn Toss Teams:
$30 per Team
Every team comes with one corntoss squad (2 players). You may purchase up to three additional squads for a maximum total of four corntoss squads per company team.
Extra Team Member:
$45 per player
Team members can be added in addition to your Team Size Fee is needed.

Three Easy Steps to Get Your Team Started Today
Step 1: CHECK OUT ALL SPORTSFEST DETAILS!
SportsFest is a team building blast on the beach! No athletic skill necessary, just team spirit and company pride. Registered corporate teams enjoy fun in the sun while competing in beach volleyball, dodgeball, tug-of-war, a paddleboard relay and corntoss tournaments. Utilize the Team Toolbox for more info on pricing and organizing your team!
Step 2: REGISTER YOUR COMPANY TEAM!
Register your company team while spots last! Just a $300 refundable Team Registration Fee and a completed form are needed to secure a team spot. Additionally, a required Team Size Fee and Optional Extras can be added later.
Step 3: ORGANIZE YOUR TEAM AND HAVE A BLAST!
Once registered, direct potential players to the team-member form and begin filling out the Captain’s Squad Roster to help organize your team. SportsFest is for everyone! All participants’ friends and family members are encouraged to join a company team, or simply attend as spectators.

Step 1: FILL OUT THE PLAYER WAIVER AND INFO FORM ONLINE
Follow the link on the right to complete your individual registration on your team. Your company must already have a paid team to complete this step. Please forward your confirmation email to your team's captain once received.
Step 3: MARK YOUR CALENDAR AND GET EXCITED
