Best practices for successful team recruitment
INVITING CO-WORKERS
Now you can start inviting Co-Workers by Sharing the Player Signup Form (upper right corner). We recommend Sharing via Email and use your work email to send out invites. This will help avoid it being blocked.
INVITING CO-WORKERS TO BE A CAPTAIN OR SPORTSFEST TEAM COORDINATOR
Team Coordinators are individuals who will help in inviting co-workers and get keep them motivated. Team Captains will lead each SportsFest activity (Volleyball, Cornhole, etc). In the bottom left click on ” +Invite member”. Enter their email address and select their Role then click Send Invitation.
PAY FOR YOUR TEAM
Paying secures your spot. We are limited to 200 Teams. This can be done now or later once you build your SportsFest Team. We recommend 12 co-workers as the mininum. 20-30 co-workers are the average recommended team size. If you have more than 30, we would recommend getting another team so that way they can all participate.To pay, click on Registration on the left menu, then Overview. Now click on Get Your Team. Add 1 or more company teams and if you would like a Tent Rental for the day.
BUILDING YOUR TEAMS (assigning co-workers to activities)
Once you have paid for your team and co-workers have signed up as Players, you can build your teams. Click on Teams on the left menu. Select Manage Team.
