What Makes Up a Team

Definition of a “TEAM”: One team reflects one “COMPANY ENTRANCE FEE” paid.

  • 14 - 30+ members.
  • Employees, family or friends are eligible*.
  • Average team size is 22 members.
  • Recommended 18 members.
  • We recommend at least 7 men and 7 women.
  • Members may compete in more than one event.
  • You may register multiple teams.
  • * Team members must be 18 or older

What IT Costs

Company Entrance Fee

  • Before March 23, 2018 $390
  • After March 23, 2018 and before the registration deadline of March 30, 2018 $490
  • *Registration is limited to the first 200 teams. Make sure you register early as we have sold out by Mid-March the previous 6 years.

Team Member Fee

$35 / Member
  • Recommended Team Size: 15 - 25 team members Average Team: 20 members
  • *If your company has budget concerns: Your team members may pay this fee, or a portion thereof, in order to gain the support of your company.

Extras

Corntoss

$30/Team of two persons You may enter multiple teams. (4 max / registered company team) Suggestion: Reserve a couple spots with your company entrance fee as this event sells out early.

Team Tents

$100 / Tent
10'x10'Tent on your reserved team area (Limit 2/registered company team)

What you Get

The opportunity to build teamwork, camaraderie & company pride as well as the ability to network with 4000 professionals from 200 local companies.

Each company team is also eligibile to enter one squad in each of the following 4 competitions Beach Volleyball, Tug-of-war, Beach Dodgeball & Surf & Turf Relay. (Corntoss is an optional event – enter up to four (4) two team member squads at a cost of $30 each)

  • Each company team will be scheduled to compete in the following four events: Tug-of-War, Volleyball, Dodgeball, and the Surf & Turf Relay. (Team members may compete in more than one event)
  • CornToss is an optional event – enter up to four (4) two member squads at a cost of $30/squad. (The $35 team member fee still applies to CornToss players)
